Welcome to easeward.co. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Site and any purchase you make. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About the Site & Products

Easeward sells a limited line of home/health products, currently including the 3-in-1 No-Bend Sock & Shoe Aid. We describe our products on the Site as accurately as possible, but we do not warrant that all descriptions or images are error-free.

2. Eligibility

By using the Site you represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and can form a binding contract.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are shown in USD and are subject to change at any time without notice.
  • When you place an order, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your payment method for the total amount at checkout.
  • Payment is processed by our third-party payment providers (including Shopify Payments, PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay), which are subject to their own terms.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including where we suspect fraud, price error, or non-compliance with these Terms.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs when we confirm and process your order. We may reject an order for any reason, including out-of-stock items, payment issues, or suspected fraud. We will notify you if an order is canceled, and refund any amount paid.
Discounts, promotions, and coupon codes are subject to the terms of the applicable promotion and may be withdrawn at any time.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Products ship from warehouses in China to the United States. Delivery is approximately 6–15 business days after shipment, depending on the shipping option chosen at checkout. Please see our Shipping Policy for details. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, incorporated into these Terms. In short: contact us within 30 days of delivery if there is an issue. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items we send a replacement or full refund at no cost — you do not need to ship the item back. If you no longer want the item, contact us and we'll resolve it; we generally handle change-of-mind requests without requiring a return.

7. Product Availability & Disclaimers

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, and update product information at any time. Our products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Please consult a qualified health professional for medical advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Easeward and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Easeward from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
